Ramp an Essential Item in any Building

Disability of a person should not be a reason to deprive him anything. It is the social responsibility of any organization to have ramps to help the disabled to access the building.  In most countries the urban council authorities do not approve building plans if ramps are not provide to help disabled to access the building. However still there are some old buildings which do not have them.  Carrying a portable ramp in a car is always good when you accompany disabled person. If the building is unable to provide the facility it is our duty to help our friend or the relative who is in need.
